​​Michael grew up in Hamburg, Iowa and is co-Owner of Sidewinders; in his spare time, he helps produce shows with the Southwest Arts Group. He has over 20 years of management level experience across various industries. His experience includes Interim General Manager and Director of Marketing for San Felipe's Casino Hollywood, Director of Marketing and Database Marketing for Santa Ana Star Casino, Sr. Marketing Operations Manager for PRIMEDIA Enthusiast Publication, and Operations Manager and Executive Account Manager for Palm Coast Data. He is also a recipient of the Cumbre Public Relations Awards; Best of Show for New Mexico Open, Gold Award Relationship Management, and Silver for Branding Campaign; New Mexico American Marketing Association Marketer of the Year Award, best multi-media branding campaign (company received); Barona/VCAT Marketing Excellence Award - Branding and Multi-channel Marketing; and over 25 Romero Casino Marketing Awards - "Large Casino" - in Promotional, Multi-Media, E-Marketing, and Public Relations. Michael is based out of Albuquerque New Mexico.

Estacio is the Artistic Director of the Black Cat Cabaret. Other musical experience includes having performed, stage managed or directed in 30+ unique shows (not including multiple nights of shows) to include musicals, operas, operettas, theater, in both the U.S. and abroad over the past 25 years. Renato recently served as Interim Music Director for the Albuquerque Civic Chorus, where he selected repertoire, conducted the ensemble, and facilitated the strategic direction of the organization.  He studied acting at the Acting Studio, the Neighborhood Playhouse (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in Residence), and received multiple awards in theater.  He recently completed a TV pilot as an opera singer and is featured in the short film, Rhiannon's Diary.  Awards include the Mark Hamill Award, and several gold medals in prose and poetry recitation (English, French, and Spanish), and full scholarship to Oberlin College. He was featured in Peter Pan in New York as well was District Director for the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, and serves as Commissioner of Music for New Mexico. 

Academically, he attended Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music in Oberlin, OH, where he studied tuba performance and English literature; from Oberlin, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. His academic background includes degrees in marketing (MBA-Honors) and vocal performance (BMus – Magna Cum Laude/MMus). He is completing a PhD in Public Affairs at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; his dissertation focuses on the legal social construction of Native Americans.  

Outside of the arts, he works in gaming technology. His expertise in gaming includes business intelligence, corporate strategy and product marketing. He has worked in business and market intelligence for International Game Technology and Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. Before he entered gaming, he served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the Las Vegas Philharmonic and Assistant Director for the UNLV Writing Center. Furthermore, Renato’s leadership experience includes having been Board Director for the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society; General Director for We Sing! (Choral Festival); member for the Technology Board at UNLV; Director and President of the Board, Village of Centennial Springs and Board Director/Vice President for a Las Vegas, Nevada-based opera company.

Estacio grew up on Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan.
